I had an amazing experience at K+K Hotel Fenix! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, always welcoming with a smile and ready to assist. My room was clean, spacious, and even had a lovely terrace, which was a great bonus. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk to the Old Town and many major attractions, making it very convenient for exploring Prague on foot. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel! The staff at the reception welcomed us with a welcome drink, and we immediately felt at ease. The room (equipped with air conditioning and a minibar) was very nice — always clean and tidy every evening when we came back. The view wasn’t great, but since we were on holiday, we didn’t really mind. The staff were very kind, including the cleaning ladies, who always greeted us with a smile in the hallways. A special mention to the bartender — super friendly, it was a pleasure chatting with him. The location is perfect: literally a 15-minute walk to the historic center. Compliments to the whole team!

Perfect location for a weekend city break! Not too much in the hustle and bustle of main bars but still only a 10 mins walk away. Shops and cafes all near by. £14 taxi from the airport to the hotel. Check in was quick and easy with hotel desk being 24hours. Room was modern and clean , big windows made it feel light and airy. Our room was facing the rear side so we had no issues with any noise from the Main Street, was very peaceful in fact! Hotel also had a locked luggage room which was perfect for the last day when we still wanted to explore!

Everything to be honest- upon reading previous reviews I was worried but to say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. Excellent value for money. Great location next to a small supermarket and very central. Friendly staff with an excellent check in & breakfast was great with lots of options which I didn’t expect! Rooms were modern and clean and beds were super comfortable. Absolutely nothing to fault will 100% be coming back thank you!
